Performance Programs

Below are the approved program templates for programs produced in the Publicity Office. Please follow the instructions and submit your programs to Music.Programs@ttu.edu no less than 2 WEEKS prior to your event. 

Make your program template using the guidelines below.  

  • Templates are in Word (.docx) format and contain sample data for a several types of pieces. Click on the link and save to your device before making changes.
    • For templates on 8.5 x 11 (all but major ensembles), when printing for the archive book, elect to print 2 pages per sheet. This will create a half sheet program. 
  • Submit all programs to the publicity office in Word format (editable).
  • Date|Time|Location -- Please use the following location formats:
    • Hemmle Recital Hall
    • Kent R. Hance Chapel
    • Choir Hall (010)
    • If there are questions about other locations, email Music.Programs@ttu.edu
  • If you miss the 2 week deadline and will be making your own copies, please still send your final program to Music.Programs@ttu.edu so that it can be numbered and archived. 
  1. Click on the appropriate type of program (which will download as a Word document) and save to your device.
  2. Highlight and replace information (or delete) as appropriate while preserving the formatting.
  3. Email your program to your applied faculty for proofing more than two weeks before your performance.
  4. When your applied faculty has approved the program, they will submit it to the publicity office. Submissions will not be accepted directly from students. 
  5. Programs should be submitted in Word format (editable), not PDF.

Please email programs no less than 2 weeks before your performance.

  1. Click on the appropriate type of program (which will download as a Word document) and save to your computer or device.
  2. Highlight and replace information (or delete) as appropriate while preserving the formatting.
  3. Email the Word document (editable) of your program to Music.Programs@ttu.edu at least 2 weeks before your performance.

Area Recital- (Including Voice and Instrumental)

Studio Recital

Please email programs no less than 2 weeks before your performance.

  1. Click on the appropriate type of program (which will download as a Word document) and save to your computer or device.
  2. Highlight and replace information (or delete) as appropriate while preserving the formatting. If items like program notes continue onto additional pages, the publicity office will adjust as necessary before printing.
    1. The publicity office can print 1-page, 2-page, or 4-page programs (these will be the standard half-page size, where a standard 8.5x11" piece of paper is cut or folded in half).
    2. Programs longer than four pages must be sent out for printing as a booklet, and will require additional time to complete!
  3. Email the Word document (editable) of your program to Music.Programs@ttu.edu at least 2 weeks before your event.

Below are the designations of some of the ensembles. If you have questions about which program template to use, please email Music.Programs@ttu.edu

Medium Ensembles: All TTU ensembles including Percussion & Steel Band, Tango & Mariachi, Celtic, Balkan, Collegium Musicum (early music), studios and ensembles (ex. "clarinet ensembles concert", "clarinet studio recital", "tuba-euphonium recital"), Thursday Area Recitals, Voice Area Recitals, String Area Recitals, Composers Forum Concert, Computer Music Concert, etc.

Chamber Ensembles: Faculty recitals, quintets, quartets, etc.

Guests: ONLY Guest Artists.

Major Ensembles: University Symphony Orchestra, University String Orchestra, Opera, University Choir, Women's Chorale, Matador Singers, University Singers, Carol Concert, Symphonic Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, University Bands, Jazz I and II, etc.
