• Sarahi Morales, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Practice, Agricultural Education & Communications — International educator with expertise in leadership, food security, and communication.
• Luis Sandoval, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Agricultural & Applied Economics  — International agricultural economist specializing in food security, sustainability, and quantitative methods.
