You immediately see the hours available for vacation leave and sick leave along with a leave balance link to see your sick leave fiscal year progress or your vacation fiscal year progress. Click the title of the leave and you find pay period back. Pay period.

Hours Earned

[00:00:39 – 00:01:21] Hours earned and hours taken for that leave type under the pay information you find your most current earnings statement with net pay the earnings, the deductions for that earnings statement. You also have a link to a list of your earnings statement, pay period by a pay period, and a link to your direct deposit accounts one for the payroll direct deposit, another for reimbursement checks along with an application so you can change your bank accounts as needed.

Earnings Section

A query that allows you to look at earnings by date, range, and a query that allows you to list earnings by a position and title. In the taxes section, I can find the W-4 withholding deductions that I have on file, my last W-2 statement, and the consent form that shows whether Texas Tech should send me my W-2, or if I want to download and print it for myself.

Job Summary

The Employee Information shows you your current hire date, the building where your department is located, and the name of your department. In the My Activity section, you find online procedures such as entering web time entry or web leave reports, or preparing and submitting E parts.

Personal Information

[00:02:27 – 00:03:12] If your department has assigned that to you. My profile shows personal information, phones, emergency contacts with the ability to edit these as they change in your life. In addition, banner provides a menu system to look at the same and more information under my personal information or addresses and phone numbers, emergency contacts, name change information. And it's cetera. Additionally, under my employment information, you find your of your timesheet or leave report with leave balances and etc..
