Scenario: You're working diligently on your upcoming course in Blackboard and you suddenly need to know how to use a specific Blackboard tool. But it's the middle of the night. Where can you go for immediate instructions and information? Blackboard's Online Help, of course! While in Blackboard, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen. Then click on the little question mark at the bottom of that dropdown - you're there! Choose from the list of common topics or type your search criteria in the Search Learn box.
Whether you're teaching, training or presenting, TurningPoint, an easy-to-use polling software, improves the success of your learners. Texas Tech will begin using TurningPoint Cloud (TPC), the latest version of this software available from Turning Technologies, beginning in Fall 2016.
