Jo Anna Gaona has taught English rhetoric, composition, literature, and creative writing for
twenty years. Jo Anna is currently a lecturer in the First-Year Writing Program and
an Associate Editor for Iron Horse Literary Review where she previously served as a Managing Editor while working on her master's degree
at Texas Tech. She served as the Creative Nonfiction Editor for Relief: A Christian Literary Expression after receiving her M.F.A. from Seattle Pacific University. She is also a member
of the Teaching Academy at Texas Tech University.
