Justin Sowell is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who earned his MA from Sam Houston State University, where he worked as Content Writer/Editor and Coordinator II in Enrollment Marketing and Communications. His research examines how digital rhetoric and usability practices on government platforms can better serve veteran users through clear plain language, effective design, and rigorous mixed-methods study.
