Remote Desktop Access
Remotely accessing systems remaining on the TTU campus conveniently provides access to software, data, and hardware that may not be available on a laptop or mobile device.
- Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is a convenient and secure way of accessing a TTU Windows PC from off-campus.
- Screen sharing can be utilized for accessing macOS systems on campus. Access requires a TTU VPN connection to be established first.
- RDP options must be enabled and configured on both systems. The remote system must remain powered on and connected to the TTU network to be accessible from off campus.
- In times of heavy usage, VPN may be required to establish an RDP connection from off-campus locations.
