Online File Storage
It is best to utilize free online storage provided by TTU instead of saving files locally or on removable media. Plan ahead and start using TTU-approved cloud storage before an emergency occurs so you are familiar and already connected on your devices. Keep in mind, data security and compliance with applicable TTU policies must still be maintained. Available TTU online data storage options:
- OneDrive for Business
- TTU Enterprise SharePoint
- Microsoft Teams (powered by SharePoint Online)
- TechShare (requires VPN from off campus)
