Curriculum Vitae

Lionel Plummer received his MLA degree from UT Arlington and his PhD in land development from Texas Tech with a dissertation that focused on wetland restoration. He has worked at design firms such as Mesa in Dallas and Parkhill in Lubbock and is a licensed landscape architect in Texas.

Lionel has taught GIS for the NRM department at Tech for over eight years and is very happy to be teaching in the landscape architecture department this year. In his free time he enjoys, hiking, photography, exploring the southwest, going to art museums and gardening.
