New WTM station Lipscomb 8W

New WTM station now online at Lipscomb 8W in Lipscomb County in the northeast Texas Panhandle.  Special thanks to the King Ranch and to the National Weather Service offices in Amarillo and Lubbock for helping to build the station.  ID's for the new station are: Lipscomb 8W, LIPS, LPBT2, or XLI1.  The Lipscomb 8W WTM station is 25 miles southeast of Perryton.
