Experiences from Local Employers

The current RMA/Texas Tech Bank Credit Analyst program was developed in collaboration with banking industry partners to address regional workforce demand. Here is what they said about their experience:

Two employees from our bank recently completed the program, overcame challenges, and came out with the tools they need to help us grow. We are sending additional team members to participate at a rate that’s affordable, especially for smaller banks...It’s incredibly rewarding to be involved in a program that delivers such tangible benefits to our industry.

Regional President, Texas Regional Bank.
