Mentor: Dr. Naima Moustaid-Moussa and Dr. Yujiao Zu

Career Plans:Tatum Walker is an undergraduate studying for a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics with a minor in Business Administration at Texas Tech University. In the fall of 2023, Tatum began working in the Nutrigenomics, Inflammation & Obesity Research (NIOR) Lab as an undergraduate research assistant under the mentorship of Dr. Naima Moustaid-Moussa and Dr. Yujiao Zu. After graduating, she plans to continue her education by attending graduate school and completing the Dietetic Internship program, striving to become a registered dietitian (RD). As an RD, I would love to learn and explore the field in the clinical setting and of eating disorders.
