The Transfer Leadership Connection Retreat is a 3-day, 2-night retreat for new undergraduate
transfer students that takes place at the start of each fall semester. This student-led
leadership retreat is filled with activities to help transfer students build connections
to Texas Tech and with their peers, develop their abilities as student leaders, and
to help prepare them to have a positive impact on the climate for transfer students
at Texas Tech.
Please note: The Transfer Leadership Connection retreat is only for new transfer students
who started at Texas Tech in the Spring, Summer, or Fall 2025 semesters.
