Know Before You Go: The 100 Year Tour Edition

You’re about to witness history in the making at United Supermarkets Arena On Sunday, March 29 for the Harlem Globetrotters 100 Year Tour!

When to Arrive: Tip Off is at 3:00 PM. Doors open 1 hour prior to the game start time for all General Admission ticket holders. Doors open for this event will be Southwest and Northwest arena concourse doors, and the elevator entrance located on the north end of the west side.

Arena Box Office: The arena box office opens at 12pm for ticket sales, and for fans who selected Will Call pick up at time of purchase. Fans may also pick up Will Call tickets at the Civic Center box office in advance of the event, weekdays 10am-4pm.

Parking: Free parking is available in the commuter lots west (across Indiana Avenue), accessible from the Texas Tech Parkway & Knoxville, and the arena's north C11 parking lot (accessible by way of Indiana Avenue, or Main Street).

ADA parking is located in the Arena's west R37 lot (accessible by Indiana Avenue), with overflow into the arena's north C11 parking lot.

Clear Bag Policy: The Clear Bag Policy is in effect for this event. Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12", or small clutch bags (not exceeding 4½” x 6½”) may be taken into the venue. Other purses and backpacks will not be allowed, and all small bags meeting the clear bag policy will be inspected. (Medically necessary items permitted upon inspection)
A warning to any fans with light sensitivity that strobing effects will be used during light shows within the Harlem Globetrotters game.

ALL NEW Magic Pass Pre-Game Experience

Magic Pass will run from 1:30-2:00 pm on the main court. Doors open 2 hours before the game and guests are encouraged to arrive early the venue’s West Lobby entrance (street level, faces Indiana Avenue).

TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED. All customers must have a game ticket AND Magic Pass for entry. Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on the court. Everyone attending Magic Pass, regardless of participation, must have a Magic Pass ticket as well as a game ticket. If you plan on attending Magic Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. This includes all children, as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Celebrity Court Pass

Please arrive and check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to game time (i.e.by 2:15pm) courtside at the announcer’s table.

TICKET TO THE MAIN EVENT IS ALSO REQUIRED. Each person wanting to access the court must purchase the Celebrity Court Pass. Late arrivals will not be refunded. All customers must have a game ticket AND Celebrity Court Pass for entry. Children under 10 may not participate unaccompanied.

Soft/rubber soled shoes must be worn on the court. If you plan on attending Celebrity Court Pass, please make sure you have BOTH tickets. Other Party Guests that do not have a ticket are not permitted on court. This includes all children, as well as the parent(s)/guardian(s) wishing to accompany them. NO EXCEPTIONS.

To pick up your exclusive game ball, visit the Harlem Globetrotters Merchandise Stand located inside the venue on game day. Pick-up is only available during pre-game, half-time, or post-game. Ball MUST be picked up at the venue on the date of your ticketed event. No alternate pick-up dates, locations, nor shipping options are available. This purchase is not transferable.

Harlem Globetrotters 100 Year Tour Souvenir Ticket

All Harlem Globetrotters 100 Year Tour Souvenir Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE and will NOT be available for pick-up on-site at the venue. All orders will be SHIPPED directly to the address provided at checkout within 4 weeks after the event you attend and fulfillment is coming from a third party. Actual delivery dates vary by location.
