Accessibility

ADA parking is located in the lots immediately west and north of United Supermarkets Arena, which may be accessed by Indiana Ave, northbound. A state issued disabled license plate or placard must be displayed to enter this reserved section. Accessible Seating is available on all levels of United Supermarkets Arena. Guests requiring wheelchair accessible and companion seating should notify ticket seller at the time of purchase. Two passenger elevators are located on the west side of United Supermarkets Arena. Each exterior corner stairway leading to the concourse level is accompanied by a ramp.

Alcohol Beverages

No alcoholic or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into United Supermarkets Arena. A variety of non-alcoholic beverages is available for purchase at concession stands located on the arena concourse. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at select concerts and special events.

Animals

Animals are not permitted inside the arena, with the exception of service animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities ACT.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)

Assisted Listening Devices are available from event control during an event. Patrons are asked to leave a valid driver's license to check out the devices.

Banners and Signs

Banners and signs may not be larger than shoulder width during games and performances due to sightline restrictions. Signs may not be placed on sticks, poles, railings or walls. Most concerts and special events prohibit banners and signs; please consult the event list on the arena web site or contact the arena management office for special event restrictions.

Beach Balls

For the safety of all guests, players, artists and employees, beach balls are not permitted inside the arena. Any fan bringing a beach ball or inflating one during an event will be subject to removal from the arena.

Bottles and Cans

Glass or plastic bottles or aluminum cans may not be brought into the arena. If a guest is found to be in possession of these items inside the arena, he or she will be subject to ejection from the facility.

Box Office

For Texas Tech athletic ticket sales, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 806-742-4412. For arena concerts and special event ticket sales, please phone Select-a-Seat at 806-770-2000. Select-a-Seat is the only authorized ticket seller for arena concerts and special events. The venue and event promoter cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third party sellers.

The venue's main box office is located at the center of the west side of the arena at street level, and is only in operation during special events. The venue box office can be reached on event day only at 806-742-7366 for related questions. Will call is located just inside the main west entrance during athletic and special events.

Bus Service

For all men's basketball games, the S1 Parking Lot at the John Walker Soccer Complex will be the lone free parking lot for all fans to include ADA parking. A free shuttle service from the S1 Parking Lot will begin 90 minutes prior to tipoff and run up to 60 minutes following the game to transport fans to and from the United Supermarkets Arena.

Shuttle services are only available for men's basketball games at the moment. Guests may contact the arena office at 806-742-7362 for information pertaining to which events do and do not have a bus shuttling system.

Cameras

Restrictions on the use of still and video cameras vary by event. The event producer determines this policy. Camera support pods are not permitted. Sporting events do not permit cameras with flash. Concerts typically do not permit any cameras or recording devices (audio or video). Patrons are advised to contact the arena management office or consult the event listing on the arena web site to determine the event's camera policy prior to the concert or special event.

Catering

Exclusive catering service for United Supermarket Arena events is provided by OVG Hospitality. OVG Hospitality can cater to a variety of tastes and needs and may be reached at 806-632-1651 for menu and pricing information.

Child's Entry

Children over the age of 2 are required to have a ticket for admission to Texas Tech University athletic games. Any child under 2 years old who enters without a ticket must share a seat with an accompanying adult during the game. All patrons, inclusive of children of any age, must have a ticket for admission to concerts and other special events where tickets are sold by Select-a-Seat.

Concessions

There are 10 permanent concession stands located on the concourse level of United Supermarkets Arena. The arena food court, located off the east concourse, provides an additional selection of refreshments for all conference play Red Raider and Lady Raider basketball games. Red Raider basketball also features courtside scholarship row seating that receives courtside waiter/waitress service. All food and beverage is provided exclusively by OVG Hospitality. Outside food and drink is not permitted inside United Supermarkets Arena.

Diaper Changing Stations

Diaper Changing Stations are located in all men's and women's restrooms in United Supermarkets Arena.

Doors Open

The time arena doors open for events vary by event. The event producer determines the policy for their event. For Texas Tech University basketball games, doors are scheduled to open 1 hour prior to tip-off, unless otherwise specified by TTU Athletics. The arena doors normally open 1 to 1 1/2 hours prior to other special event times. To verify opening time, please contact the arena management office or consult the event listing on the arena web site.

Elevators

There are two public elevators located on the west side of the arena. The elevators access the street level (mezzanine), the concourse and the west balcony. Floor access is determined on an event-by-event basis by the event producer. Each exterior corner stairway is also accompanied by a ramp, which leads to entry gates for arena special events. Ramps are also located at each corner of the court to access the wheelchair accessible seating in front of the suites.

Emergency Calls

Patrons are advised to record the seat number of their ticket at home and at office for babysitters, family members, and co-workers to access in the event of an emergency. The ability to make broadcast announcements during events varies by event. Emergency calls for patrons attending United Supermarket Arena games, concerts and special events may be placed to the Texas Tech University Police Department at (806)742-3931. TTU Police will work with arena management in delivering or handling the emergency call.

Fan Conduct

United Supermarkets Arena intends to provide all guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Consequently, the arena management does not intend to allow a pleasant experience to be disrupted or ruined by a few unruly guests. Therefore, we have established the following rules for expected guest conduct:

• Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing are not allowed on arena property.
• Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures will be subject to ejection from the arena.
• Guests appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or ejected from the arena.
• Guests interfering with the progress of the event or going onto the playing surface or stage will be ejected from the arena and arrested.
• Guests are not allowed on the court at any time during sporting events. Any fan entering the court or interrupting play in any manner can be arrested for trespassing and will be subject to the maximum fine permitted by law.
• Guests interfering with other guests' ability to enjoy the game will be subject to ejection.

To enforce these policies, United Supermarkets Arena event staff will be located throughout the arena. Guests who are not here to enjoy the event or cannot comply with these rules will be subject to ejection from the facility.

First Aid

If urgent medical assistance is needed, please notify the nearest arena staff or event personnel. Paramedics are available at the arena for Texas Tech basketball, concerts, and major arena events and will respond immediately upon contact when assistance is needed.

Food Policies

A selection of food and beverage items is available for purchase at the arena concession stands as dictated by the event producer. Ovations is the exclusive food and beverage provider for United Supermarkets Arena. No outside food or drink is permitted inside the arena.

Inspection Policy

All guests are subject to visual inspection of person, parcels, bags, containers and clothing capable of carrying prohibited items. Patrons refusing inspection will be denied entry into the United Supermarkets Arena.

Lost and Found

Lost & Found is located in the event control room, located in the south concourse, during arena games and special events. Following events, items are taken to the arena management office, where patrons may phone to report and claim lost items (806-742-7362). Items left unclaimed after 60 days will be turned over to the Texas Tech University Police Department (806-742-3931).

Lost Parents/Found Children

Children looking for lost parents will be escorted by arena event staff members to the event control booth located on the south concourse during arena games and special events. Arena management will work together with Texas Tech University Police in reuniting separated parties.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

If tickets are lost or left at home, or if a ticket for a wrong date is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the appropriate ticket office. If tickets have been stolen, please contact the appropriate ticket office as soon as possible. For Texas Tech sporting events, contact the athletic ticket office at 806-742-4412. For concerts and special events, contact Select-a-Seat at 806-770-2000 or 1-800-735-1288.

Merchandise

A variety of merchandise including Lady Raider, Red Raider, and Texas Tech University memorabilia is available for purchase on the arena concourse at Lady Raider and Red Raider basketball games. Concert and special event merchandise when offered by the event producer is available for purchase on the arena concourse.

Prohibited Items

The following are prohibited inside United Supermarkets Arena: video/audio recording devices, laser pointers/laser pens, weapons of any kind (knives, guns, chains, studded/spiked jewelry, etc.), glass containers or cans of any kind, large purses or backpacks, fireworks, noise makers, alcoholic beverages, outside food and beverage, tobacco products of any kind, large signs, flags, sticks, poles & large banners, animals other than service animals, beach balls, and helium balloons. Additional items may be prohibited for a particular event at the event producer's discretion; to learn about additional event-specific items, please contact the arena management office or consult the event listing on the arena web site. Ramps

Each exterior corner stairway is accompanied by a ramp, which leads to entry gates for arena special events. Ramps are also located at each corner of the court to access the wheelchair accessible seating in front of the suites. There are also two public elevators located on the west side of the arena that provide access to the street level (mezzanine), the concourse and the west balcony.

Re-entry

Re-entry is strictly prohibited during all events held at United Supermarkets Arena.

Restrooms

Two full sets of men's and women's restrooms may be found on each side of the arena concourse, totaling 8. Each restroom set also features a unisex or family restroom for those requiring additional space or assistance.

Scalping

The reselling of United Supermarkets Arena admission tickets on property is strictly prohibited. Guests engaged in such activity may be escorted off premises without any liability to United Supermarkets Arena.

Scoreboard & Ribbon Board Messages

Scoreboard messages during Texas Tech sporting events are typically limited to advertising placement and should be coordinated through the athletic external relations office at 806-742-1195.

Smoking Policy

For the health and comfort of others, smoking is not permitted at United Supermarkets Arena, and there is no smoking area inside nor outside the venue. Electronic and vapor cigarette use is also prohibited inside the venue. Guests who fail to comply with this policy will be subject to ejection from the arena.

Soliciting

No loitering, trespassing, soliciting/peddling, resale of tickets, merchandise or apparel is allowed on arena property. Any exception to this policy must be approved, in advance, by United Supermarkets Arena and Texas Tech University.

Suites

A total of 24 suites are located on the arena concourse level. For more information on suites, please contact the Red Raider Club at 806-742-1196.

Television Monitors

Twelve television monitors are stationed throughout the concourse and audio play-by-play in the concourses and restrooms help ensure that guests never miss a moment of the action, even when leaving their seat.
