Qualifications | Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or a combination of education and experience to equal ten years. Marked ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with associates, superiors, subordinates and officials outside the Texas Tech System, and effectively deal with potential public relations issues courteously and tactfully. Excellent communications skills and skillful command of the English language, grammar and spelling - oral and written. Ability to plan and organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities. Ability to plan and allocate the workload of employees, providing direct training and supervision as needed. |
