Creates alarms for appropriate system functions and issues.  Advanced ability to troubleshoot control and system issues.  Conducts trend and predictive system analyses to provide appropriate action for campus systems. This position is reserved for the use of an Operations department only. 

High school or quivalent.  Minimum one experience as a Control Operator III and demonstrate the ability to make effective decisions related to building controls, create alarms necessary for system issues, and troubleshoot controls and conduct trend analyses.
