Register to Attend the Study Abroad Fair

We're looking forward to having you on campus for the Study Abroad Fair at Texas Tech!

Please see below for important information.

Dates and Times
  • Fall 2016              September 14 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Spring 2017        February 1 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Pre-Fair Dinner

We will be having a no-host dinner the night before the Fair. Please indicate during the registration process if you will be attending.


The Study Abroad Office will send details about parking registration. Upon completing the parking registration requirements, you will be able to park on campus on the day of the Fair.

Sending Materials

Please label boxes For Study Abroad Fair. Please send materials that promote ONLY programs from your organization that are approved by Texas Tech. Materials should be sent to arrive at Texas Tech after January 15, 2017. Materials may be sent to:

Prior to the fair, we will provide breakfast for everyone who has registered for the fair.


There is a $100 fee to register for the Fair. We will contact you after you register with details on the payment process.
