Final Exam Information

With the semester winding down it becomes important for students to understand when and where their finals will be held. Thanks to the techsis web site finding out dates and times is easier than ever before. Just point any web browser to the site (hhttp://www.depts.ttu.edu/officialpublications/ClassSchedule/FallTimes.php)and look for the section labeled Dates and Deadlines.

Finals to do list:

  • Find out when and where your final is.
  • Check syllabus for important information about your finals.
  • Ask the instructor if a scantron or blue book is needed.
  • Gather all study material necessary well before the final.
  • Organize a study group.
  • Make arrangements at work to attend the final.
  • Get plenty of rest the night before.

What not to do:

  • Stay up the night before cramming for the exam.
  • Wait until the last minute to study.
  • Party the week of finals.

The key to being successful during finals week is to stay focused and prepare ahead of time.
