The Dr. O.W. Petcoff TTU TCR Scholarship Fund Established to Support Online Doctoral Students
The Dr. O.W. Petcoff TTU TCR Scholarship Fund at Texas Tech University has been established
to provide financial assistance to online doctoral students in the TCR program, helping
