Graduate Certificate in Construction Engineering and Management

The department offers a 12-hour Graduate Certificate in Construction Engineering and Management.

The coursework for the certificate consists of two required courses:

• CONE 5320 - Construction Cost Estimating and Control
• CONE 5322 - Construction Management

and two electives from:

• CONE 5302 - Construction Safety and Risk Management
• CONE 5304 - Sustainable Building Design and Construction
• CONE 5314 - Masonry Design and Construction
• CONE 5332 - BIM and 4D Modeling

Course selection will be reviewed and approved by the graduate advisor.
