Celia Cruz Arce
Year of MA/PhD: 1st year of MA.
Originally from Managua, Nicaragua. She is an enthusiast of history and art. She graduated in Education with a specialty in Hispanic Language and Literature from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua (2021). Then, obtained a Certificate in Ancient History and Universal Medieval History from TECH Technological University (2022). She worked as a Researcher in charge of Sala Dariana at the “Rubén Darío” National Library of Nicaragua (2022-2023). Her undergraduate thesis, Ut picura poesis: Écfrasis en la Obra Rubendariana, was published by Editorial Académica Española in 2021. Currently, she is a MA student in Literature and Cultural Studies in the Spanish program at Texas Tech University, in Lubbock.

Classical, Medieval and Renaissance studies. Ancient world, Early Modern History, Golden Age.
