Spanish Club is a graduate & undergraduate organization within the CMLL department. The purpose of the Spanish Club at Texas Tech University is to promote the Spanish language as part of the heritage of the Southwest, to advance academic Spanish as an important tool for future career opportunities, and to publicize the formal study of the Spanish language by encouraging students to consider majoring or minoring in Spanish at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Some of the activities of the Spanish Club are Conversation Hours and Movie Nights.
