The Translation Task Force is a group of qualified faculty and graduate students from the Department of Classical & Modern Languages & Literatures (CMLL). The goal of the task force is to provide affordable, quality translations to our campus, the Lubbock community, and beyond.

The Translation Task Force primarily translates documents from English to Spanish, but, if needed, can also translate from Spanish to English. Also, we offer the possibility of pro-bono translations of shorter personal documents (birth and death certificates, passports, marriage licenses etc.) from Spanish to English, for the purpose of official procedures such as immigration proceedings, job applications, or school applications.
