Laura Julich MA Student - Literature

Laura Julich is pursuing her MA in English with a concentration in Literature at Texas Tech University. She is also a Teaching Assistant in the English department.

Her research interests include Anglo-Saxon literature, Middle English romances, and Irish and Welsh literature of the Medieval era. She focuses on themes of gender, genre, and the element of games within the written works. Her non-literature interests entail the study of the languages of Old English, Middle English, Old Irish, and Latin.  

She has a B.A. in English from 2026 at Sam Houston State University, where her undergraduate thesis was My Body and I: An Application of Gothic Body Horror.
