Joie, originally from Iowa, attended Iowa State University, where she graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in History in 2015. Joie received her Master's Degree in Professional Counseling at the University of West Georgia. She has been serving the fraternity and sorority members at Texas Tech since 2017. In her free time, Joie can be found playing with her dogs Norman and Oskar and trying new bakes and recipes to share with her team.

Alexis Ortiz, M.Ed. (She, Her)

Alexis is a 2x Red Raider Graduate, obtaining her bachelor's in History and master's in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech. Alexis has been a proud Red Raider since 2014, serving in various roles such as involved student leader, Student Assistant, Graduate Assistant, and now a full-time staff member. Alexis is passionate about culturally-based fraternal organizations, student involvement, and leadership development. In her free time, Alexis can be found watching reality TV and spending time with her husband and three dachshunds.

Robbie Guilford, M.A. (He, Him)

Robbie graduated from the University of Arizona in 2017 with Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice and in Public Management & Policy. He graduated with a Master of Arts in Leadership with a Concentration in Student Affairs in Higher Education from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2023.

Robbie was a Founding Father of the Upsilon Alpha Chapter of The Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) at the University of Arizona. He also worked for the International Headquarters as Field Secretary #207, where he visited 60+ college campuses throughout the United States and Canada. He currently serves the Fraternity as an active volunteer and as a Chapter Coach. 

In his free time, Robbie can be found listening to music of all varieties, playing video games, building legos, playing with his dogs Charlie and Clover, hanging out with friends, spending time with his wife, Sahmyah, and exploring new places.

Gabi is a first-year graduate student from Garland, Texas. Gabi graduated here at Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Forensic Science and a concentration in Criminology in May of 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Forensic Science and became a Graduate Assistant for the office in June of 2023. In Gabi's free time, she likes to watch anime and K-dramas, spend time with her cat Kiyo, play video games, and go to K-pop concerts.

Brooke Barker (She/Her)

Brooke is a first-year Graduate Assistant from Frisco, Texas. Brooke graduated here at Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Communications in December of 2023. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and became a Graduate Assistant for the office in August of 2024. In her free time she enjoys going to yoga, playing a round of golf, and hanging out with her friends. Brooke is also a proud member of Zeta Tau Alpha.

Bella is a sophomore from Pasadena, California. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts here at Texas Tech University in Political Science & History with minors in Women and Gender Studies and Spanish. She became a Student Assistant for the office in August 2023. Bella is a proud member of Alpha Sigma Rho Sorority, Inc. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, crocheting, and going to concerts.

Mandi is from Phoenix, Arizona, and is a sophomore here at Texas Tech University. She is pursing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with minors in Forensic Science and Computer Science. When she has free time, she enjoys going to the pool, playing with her dog, and going book shopping.
