2017 Korean Nutrition Society Award recipient Nikhil Dhurandhar

 

Dr. Nikhil Dhurandhar awarded the KNS award for excellence in nutrition research

Congratulations to Dr. Nikhil Dhurandhar for his selection as the 2017 Korean Nutrition Society (KNS) Award recipient.

Dr. Dhurandhar is a professor and chairperson for the Department of Nutritional Sciences in the College of Human Sciences. Dr. Dhurandhar has been involved with obesity treatment and research for over 20 years and has treated over 10,000 patients during that time.

This award is presented by the American Society for Nutrition (ASN) to ASN members and scientists who have demonstrated excellence in nutrition research.

Dr. Dhurandhar was presented the KNS award for his excellence in research at the ASN Scientific Sessions during the ASN Awards Ceremony in Chicago on April 23, 2017.
