About me: Sydney Crane is a licensed, marriage and family therapist with nearly a decade of experience in pediatric specialty care, primarily in hospice and palliative care. She currently serves as the Assistant Clinical Director of the Children's Behavioral Health Clinic at University Medical Center and provides mental health services for faculty and staff at Texas Tech University. Dr. Crane is also a clinical supervisor, training couple, marriage and family therapy students in systems and competency-based care. Her research focuses on MedFT training and professional development in pediatric specialty care, and she is the author of "I'm on Hospice: A Children's Book for Processing and Coping With a Terminal Illness.
