Rui Li is a Ph.D. student in Wind Science and Engineering at Texas Tech University. Her current research focuses on data-driven granular flow modeling for biomass compression using machine learning, aiming to improve predictive understanding of material behavior. She previously worked on ocean–atmosphere interactions, offshore wind systems, and remote sensing, building a strong interdisciplinary foundation for her present research in wind engineering and renewable energy.
