- Work inspector in T and S Trading P.I.Co and responsibility of leading engineers
crew in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

- Responsible for leading the engineers crew in my division while and before assigning on the given tasks.

Electrical Site Engineer (September 2022-August 2024)
- Electrical engineer in Ezra Construction Plc. working as a Solar Engineer in 26 MWp project and responsibility of QA, QC and inspection the progress of the project.
- Careful study of drawings and specification relevant to the site. Verifying their correctness and reports errors, omissions, clarification if required and recommending changes if necessary.
- Developing and recommending improvements in work methodology, standards and use of material, equipments and manpower.
- Requests and ensures proper deployment of resources required for the site.
- Giving assignments and instruction of utilization of resources for subordinate workers and other staffs.
- In Ezra Construction Development Group, there is ongoing 30 MW thermal power substation expansion project. The project is composed of machine installation, machine operation, machine control and designing of the machine installation. I worked as Electrical Engineer in the team.

- Secured a DGSA PhD scholarship in Texas Tech University scholarship (2024-2029), for highly gifted students who have shown significant achievements in academics.
- Secured an Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR) MTech. scholarship (2019-2021), for highly gifted students who have shown significant achievements in academics, work experience and knowledge transfer activities.
- I have certified two papers in two international journals.
- Awarded a certificate for the active participation in the summer training for university students held at Adigrat University from August 20-30.
- Awarded for a good participation within community in summertime by the federal and regional governments
- Many high score awards in elementary, junior secondary schools and senior secondary schools
