New WTM station Albany 3ENE

New West Texas Mesonet station now online at Albany 3ENE in Shackelford County.  Special thanks to the Compton Ranch/Kersh Family and to the National Weather Service offices in San Angelo and Lubbock for helping to build the station.  ID's for the new station are: Albany 3ENE, ALBA, ABXT2, or XAL1.  The Albany 3ENE WTM station is 35 miles northeast of Abilene in the Big Country region of Texas.
