RaiderCanvas Course Availability Dates

Instructors have the ability to update the course availability dates for their RaiderCanvas courses. This includes the course start and end date.

Please be aware this setting may have various unintended/adverse consequences on your ability to interact with a course. Once the course end date passes Canvas will:

• Conclude the course, shifting it into a Read Only status.
• Move the course from the Dashboard to the 'Past Enrollments' area of the Courses page.
• Stop instructors from editing any course content.
• Stop instructors from any further viewing and/or grading of assignment submissions.
• Stop instructors from making further updates to the end date (i.e., you will not be able to revert this date afterward). Instructors can always push the date further out beforehand, but once it has passed it can no longer be updated. RaiderCanvas Support can change the course end date for you. You will need to email raidercanvas.support@ttu.edu to request the date be changed.
