About the Program

The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership Policy is a program designed for research interventionists, policy specialists, and education professionals who use expert analysis to study education policy issues, evaluate education programs, and inform sustainable education policy. The program is designed for educators, counselors, school leaders, district consultants, educational non-profits, regional service center leaders, and educational professionals. Courses are delivered synchronously online via web-based technologies. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and accepted applicants enroll in the semester following admission to the program. The program encourages attendance and participation in a weekend Orientation Colloquium and a Summer Institute as part of the summer coursework designed to collaborate, network, and build capacity with cohort members and faculty.
