Faculty Evaluation & Review
Regular faculty evaluation provides a structured process for reviewing performance, documenting accomplishments and supporting continued professional development. Evaluation requirements and timelines may differ based on faculty appointment and academic unit.
Performance Evaluation
University guidance for faculty performance evaluations is established through OP 32.32. Faculty should review the policy together with applicable college, school and department procedures.
Third-Year Review
Tenure-track faculty complete a third-year review as part of their progress toward tenure and promotion. The review provides formal feedback on progress in teaching, research or creative activity, service and other applicable areas of faculty performance.
Promotion, Tenure & Continuing Appointment
