Service Excellence Leave Awards recognize staff who have exhibited outstanding performance.
Benefits eligible staff who have exhibited outstanding peformance, as documented by a current performance appraisal, may be awarded servive excellence leave. Outstanding performance is defined as an overall rating of at least 4.5 on a scale of 7.
