Meet Our Committees

Creating a supportive and welcoming community is not the task of a single department, program, or initiative. Our community engagement committees join together with others in our community to foster an engaged and supportive learning environment in which all students and all other community members can thrive.

Community Engagement Committee

The Community Engagement Committee is comprised of student, staff, and faculty representatives who work together to provide and promote programming to foster a campus environment where all members of the Texas Tech Law community are accepted, welcomed, valued, empowered, and successful.

Community Engagement Board

The student Community Engagement Board provides additional opportunities for dialogue and support for our students focused on creating a collaborative and friendly environment across our community's wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.

Alumni Special Committee on Community Engagement

The Alumni Special Committee on Community Engagement, drawn from the Law School's Foundation Board Members and our law faculty and staff, helps us identify issues and resources to better promote a more welcoming and supportive campus environment.
