Introduction
Welcome to Operations Division Planning & Administration (ODPA)
Our mission is to provide accurate/real time facilities information in a variety of formats to promote information exchange regarding facilities composition and utilization to maximize resource acquisition, ensure beneficial stewardship of facilities, and enhance decision making.
ODPA Role
- In order to serve Texas Tech University and Texas Tech University System, ODPA:
- Acts as an information hub in all aspects of facilities information
- Creates and maintains the official space inventory (TechSID)
- Provides inventory information in a variety of formats
- Maintains and updates floor plans for all buildings
- Provides analysis and recommendations regarding classroom and class laboratory utilization rates and the THECB Space Projection Model
- Facilitates communication and coordination across all levels of the TTU community
