FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

Facilities Maintenance works every day to make sure Texas Tech University has well‑maintained, reliable buildings for learning and research. Our team takes care of repairs and upkeep for many types of campus buildings. This includes structural parts of buildings, as well as mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.

Our mission is to keep all spaces and equipment in good working condition through regular and planned maintenance. This helps prevent problems before they happen.

We also provide services for non‑academic areas on a reimbursable basis. Our work supports many different spaces on campus, including offices, classrooms, labs, hallways, and restrooms. Our goal is to meet the changing needs of students, faculty, and staff across the university.
