Academic Standing Answers

Click on each link below for additional information about your Academic Standing. Academic warning, probation, suspension and dismissals will be required to complete an Academic Success Plan at the time of your mandatory appointment.

If you are petitioning to return from Academic Suspension or Academic Dismissal, please complete your Academic Success Plan and return the completed success plan (as a PDF) to Karen York prior to the first day of classes for the semester you wish to return. Once she has received your success plan, she will reach out to schedule a Petition to Return appointment. If you do not have a completed Former Tech Application and have not submitted the Academic Success Plan prior to the first day of classes for the semester, you will be required to petition for a later semester. You may only petition to return in a Spring or Fall semester.
