The Burkhart Café is in the Burkhart Center for Autism Education & Research and features a brand-new menu! Stop in or order on Transact Mobile Ordering to enjoy ciabatta sandwiches with Boars Head^® meats and cheeses and artisan flat-crust pizzas! 

Hospitality Services at Texas Tech entered into a unique partnership with the Burkhart Center for Autism Education & Research to create a new food service collaboration. This location features a dynamic learning lab based around The Burkhart Café. This location is operated by Hospitality Services and provides individuals from the center a learning environment to gain and build real-world skills. Through this partnership, Hospitality Services has seen numerous individuals from the center continue working in the food service industry and other areas of the community. The Burkhart Café accepts Dining Bucks, checks, and credit cards.
