Dining Plan Change Request
This form allows you to submit a request to University Student Housing to change your Dining Plan. You may change your Dining Plan through the 20th class day for each Fall and Spring semester, and through the 4th class day for each summer semester. This change will take effect 1-2 business days after the form has been submitted.
To ensure a timely response, please ensure that your contact information is accurate.
Summer Dining Plan Rates
Rates are subject to change and are determined annually. Summer Dining Plan rates include the Dining Operations Cost of $200 per summer semester, plus current applicable state/local taxes on the operations cost. A full description of the Dining Plans may be found on the Hospitality Services website.
