Dining Plan Change Request
This form allows you to submit a request to University Student Housing to change your Dining Plan. You may change your Dining Plan through the 20th class day for each Fall and Spring semester, and through the 4th class day for each summer semester. This change will take effect 1-2 business days after the form has been submitted.

Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 | 9-Month Dining Plans
Dining Bucks (DBs) cover food cost, disposables, supplies and per meal tax. Dining Bucks are split 50% in the fall and 50% in the spring on the nine-month plans and are billed 60% in the fall and 40% in the spring. Valid for food or beverage purchases only at any Hospitality Services location. Balances are non-refundable and non-transferable.
