Dining Plan Change Request
This form allows on-campus residents to submit a request to change their Dining Plan through University Student Housing.
How the Request Process Works
Review the Deadline
Dining Plan change requests are accepted through the 20th class day of the Fall and Spring semesters and through the 4th class day of each Summer session.
Submit Your Request
Use the Dining Plan Change Request form to request a change to your current Dining Plan.
Allow Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for the change to be processed and reflected on your Student Business Services account.
What Would You Like to Do?
Before You Submit
- A full description of Dining Plans and associated rates can be found at Hospitality Services.
- An upgrade in Dining Plan between the Fall and Spring semesters will result in an additional adjustment fee.
- If you only need more Dining Bucks, you can purchase additional Dining Bucks instead of changing your Dining Plan.
