Applications Are Now Open
Summer 2025 Applications:
The following applications are open for the summer term:
- Full Summer Term: includes both early and late summer terms (May 28 - August 9, 2025)
- Early Summer Term only: (May 28 - July 5, 2025)
- Late Summer Term only: (July 6 - August 9, 2025).
Summer Halls include West Village and Honors Hall.
Fall 2025 / Spring 2026 Application:
As we are now just a few months away from Tech-In 2025, University Student Housing
is transitioning from self-selection to a preference-based assignment process. From
this point forward, room assignments will be made based on student-submitted preferences.
Students should list up to three preferred residence halls—at least one (1) must be
a Traditional Residence Hall. Our University Student Housing team will make every
effort to assign students to one of their selected options.
To be eligible for placement, students must submit:
• A completed housing application
• A signed housing contract
• A non-refundable $75 application fee
• A $400 initial deposit
Assignments will be made based on availability and processed in the order in which
completed applications are received.
