The Residence Hall Association (RHA) serves as the voice for students who live within the residence halls on campus. RHA is the second largest student organization at Texas Tech University, representing every student who lives on campus. RHA provides many programs and activities to enhance the living environment in the residence halls and to encourage the exchange of ideas. There are many opportunities to make lifelong friendships as well as create useful networks of contacts through the university's professional staff and university administration.
