Texas Tech University

Residence Halls Association

The Residence Halls Association (RHA) serves as the voice for students who live within the residence halls on campus. RHA is the second-largest student organization at Texas Tech University, representing every student who lives on campus. RHA provides many programs and activities to enhance the living environment in the residence halls and to encourage the exchange of ideas. There are many opportunities to make lifelong friendships as well as create useful networks of contacts through the university's professional staff and university administration.

Get Involved

Get involved where you live!

Every residence hall offers a unique community and a variety of programs designed to make your hall feel like your home away from home. Throughout the academic year, your Community Advisor (CA) hosts events that help you connect with campus resources, build friendships, explore your community, develop new skills, and create lasting memories.

Getting involved is easy! Introduce yourself to your CA and the professional staff in your building, attend the free programs and events, and keep an eye out for flyers, digital signage, and other event announcements. If you're not sure where to start or have questions, stop by your hall office—we're here to help!
