What Is a Tech-In Timeslot?

A Tech-In Timeslot is a required, designated Tech-In window that each student must select in advance to move into their residence hall. Assigning specific arrival times helps reduce wait times, improve traffic flow, and ensure a smoother, more organized, and safer experience for all students and their families.

Tech-In Timeslot selection is open!

All students are required to select a Tech-In Timeslot by July 26. We encourage students to log in shortly after Tech-In Timeslot selection opens and have a few preferred arrival times in mind before making their selection.

No matter which Tech-In Timeslot you choose, our staff will be ready to help make your Tech-In experience as smooth as possible.

1. Select Your Tech-In Timeslot
   Log in when Tech-In Timeslot selection opens and choose your preferred available arrival time. Because Tech-In Timeslots may fill quickly, we recommend having multiple options in mind before making your selection.
2. Receive Your Tech-In Timeslot Confirmation
   After selecting your Tech-In Timeslot, check your TTU email for your Tech-In Timeslot confirmation. Continue to monitor your TTU email throughout the summer for important Tech-In updates, newsletters, tips, and reminders to help you get #RedCartReady.
3. Make Changes as Needed and Get Ready for Tech-In Day
   

   Need to make a change? Simply log back in to your housing portal at any time before July 26 to update your Tech-In Timeslot based on current availability.
