Sean Duggan, M.Ed


Sean Duggan is the Managing Director for Texas Tech University Student Housing. He provides leadership for the three areas of Housing: Administration & Business Services, Facilities, and Residential Life. Sean promotes a Disney-style leadership to the staff to put the needs of the students first and assure their academic success.

Sean received his bachelor's degree in History from the University of Dallas. He attained his master's in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel Services at Kent State University.

Sean has over 30 years of experience in residential life and leadership at Texas Tech.

D'aun Green, Ph.D

D'aun Green

D'aun Green, Ph.D., is the Senior Associate Managing Director for University Student Housing. D'aun is an educator and provides direction for student learning and academic success while coordinating the overall administrative, supervisory, leadership, and programmatic facets for a co-educational housing program of over 8,000 students.

She has over 35 years of Residence Life experience, and 30 years of that experience has been invested in Texas Tech University staff and students. She enjoys being a part of the Lubbock and Texas Tech community, and being a proud Red Raider. Go Tech!

Ashley Styles, M.S., CGFM

Ashley Styles

Ashley Styles is the Associate Managing Director for Administration & Business Services. She oversees the following divisions within the department: Finance, Information & Technology Support, Marketing and Communications, Personnel, and the Welcome Center.

Ashley received her bachelor's degree in Horticultural Science and master's degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. She obtained her Certified Government Financial Manager® (CGFM) Certification in August 2019.

Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband Nathan and two boys Beckett and Coleman. They enjoy playing cards, boardgames, traveling, and cheering on the Red Raiders at all sports functions.

Drew Jahr, M.P.A., CEFP

Drew Jahr

Drew Jahr, is the Associate Managing Director for Facilities Services. Drew is responsible for the overall vision and budget for Facilities. He oversees a team of 157 full-time personnel. Our in-house team includes painters, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, upholstery technicians, maintenance, interior designers, housekeepers, and warehouse personnel. Drew and the facility's team maintain over 2.3 million square feet across campus.

Drew received his bachelor's in Sociology and a MPA at Georgia College & State University. Drew also holds the designation of Certified Educational Facilities Professional (CEFP) through the Association of Physical Plant Administrators.

Drew has served as an Assistant Director for Operations in Residential Life and Assistant Director in Facilities. He has over 12 years of housing experience at Texas Tech. Drew has previously worked in housing and residence life at Emporia State University, Middle Tennessee State University and Georgia College & State University.
