Tanya Massey is Senior Managing Director for University Student Housing. Tanya has spent her career working to enhance the student experience on college campuses. Responsible for coordinating the overall administrative, supervisory, leadership, and programmatic facets for a co-educational housing program of over 8,000 students, she is an advocate for the learning that happens both in and out of the classroom. Creating strong leaders who are engaged in their community is her goal for all students living on campus.

Tanya has 23 years of experience working at Oklahoma State University, Kansas State University and Clemson University.

D'aun Green, Ph.D. is the Managing Director for Residence Life. D’aun is an educator and provides direction for student learning and academic success while coordinating the overall administrative, supervisory, leadership, and programmatic facets for a co-educational housing program of over 8,000 students.

She has over 35 years of Residence Life experience, and 30 years of that experience has been invested in Texas Tech University staff and students. She enjoys being a part of the Lubbock and Texas Tech community, and being a proud Red Raider. Go Tech!

Ashley Styles is the Senior Associate Managing Director for Administration & Business Services. She oversees the following divisions within the department: Finance, Information & Technology Support, Marketing and Communications, Personnel, and the Welcome Center.

Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Horticultural Science and master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. She obtained her Certified Government Financial Manager® (CGFM) Certification in August 2019.
