Interested In A Room Swap?

Thinking about changing rooms before moving on campus? There is the option for a Room Swap. Check out the information below to see the steps on how to change rooms. 

Room Swap

If you and another student want to swap rooms, you will need to participate in the Room Swap process.

Here is how it works:

1. You and another student mutually agree to swap room spaces.
2. Both students complete and submit the Room Swap Request Form.
3. After both forms are received, University Student Housing will review the request.
4. University Student Housing will make the necessary adjustments for approved requests.

After Tech-In On Campus

Students requesting room or hall changes after Tech-In should contact their hall staff located in the Residence Hall office. No changes are made during the first twelve class days in order for our staff to check in students and to determine if there are available spaces.
