*Students are billed 60% of the total academic year rate in the fall and 40% in the spring. Students who begin housing in the spring semester only are billed 50% of the total academic-year rate. This billing structure applies to both housing and dining plan fees. Applicable state and local taxes will be applied when purchasing a dining plan.
