Summer Bonus
An additional $1,500 (3 year total) in summer scholarships.
Students must enroll in a minimum of 6 credit hours to qualify and become eligible after completion of 30 TTU hours.
- In order to be considered for these College of Human Sciences (HS) Dean's Scholar Program, students must apply to Texas Tech University (TTU) by December 1.
- Scholarships will be awarded past January 15 as funds are available; contact hs.studentservices@ttu.edu or (806) 742-1941 for further details.
- We recommend all entering students complete the university scholarship application online at applytexas.org to be considered for additional university, college, and departmental scholarships December 1.
- SAT sum of critical reading & math only. ACT composite score. Both can be superscored.
*Renewal requirements:
- Be progressing toward a degree in your major in HS
- Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
- Complete 12 or more semester hours each spring and fall semester
- Write an annual thank you letter to your donor
- Attend HS stewardship events as requested by the Dean's office
- Submit an annual Leadership and Community Service Activity Form
