Dr. Jacob Mota Presented at TEDxTexas Tech
Dr. Mota presented at TEDxTexas Tech on Saturday, March 28. His talk was entitled, "The Most Dangerous Part of a Dangerous
Job." Every day, the gap between what life demands and what your body can handle gets
a little wider or a little narrower — and most of the time, you dont notice until
its too late. Dr. Mota introduced the concept of “margin” — the reserve capacity
that determines whether we break or endure — and made the case that the small, everyday
decisions shaping that margin are the very things that decide our long-term health
and resilience.
