This form is to be filled out for areas (example: offices, conference rooms, etc.) that cannot be scheduled in Ad Astra.

If your event is in an Academic Classroom please schedule your event in Ad Astra for the time you are needing building access and HVAC as it will automatically be scheduled in the Weekend Report.
